Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging online classes (5–7 students) following the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus in a way that goes beyond traditional methods, creating memorable learning experiences.
• Design and develop personalized learning plans tailored to each student’s strengths, interests, and needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, and the Pasxcel team to ensure progress and alignment with educational goals.
• Take initiative in creating new educational content, such as lesson videos or student progress updates.
• Work alongside other passionate teachers and management to continuously improve student activities, projects, and learning strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or Education.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a physical or online secondary school environment.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable teaching BOTH IGCSE subjects: English as a First and Second Language.
• Adaptable to the fast-paced nature of a startup and eager to take on new challenges.
• Bonus: Experience with IGCSE exam format and a passion for teaching life skills, critical thinking, and other non-academic subjects.
