Jawatan Kosong SITE SUPERVISOR ID in Shah Alam

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitoring the work of subcontractors and ensuring they adhere to project plans, safety protocols, and quality requirements
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site in a timely and effective manner
• Liaising with on site workers, sub contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns
• Ensuring the construction site is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Documenting and reporting on project progress, safety incidents, site challenges and other relevant information

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Open for fresh candidates to apply as well
• Possess own transport (car) & not motorcycle
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
• A team player with the ability to motivate and lead construction crews
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or supervision
