Jawatan Kosong Sales Manager JB/ Selangor in Johor Bahru

Job Title: Sales Manager - Automotive Brake Systems

Company: Mobile Automotive Engine Oil

Location: Johor Bahru or Selangor

About Us:
Serving a broad range of industries including tyre shops, workshops, power stations, and chemical plants. Today, a leading distributor of automotive products and an operator of a network of car service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
• Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or higher. Diploma/Degree in marketing is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the automotive or brake systems industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written. How this career will benefit you .
• Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively.
