Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our remote marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

As a performance-driven company, we focus on achieving tangible business results, and your success will be measured based on clearly defined KPIs, including scaling ad spend and hitting ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.

You will collaborate closely with our performance marketing team to create campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube, with a focus on scaling and performance.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure they are meeting or exceeding KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Drive tangible business results by scaling ad spend effectively while maintaining or improving ROAS.
• Create engaging ad copy and visuals in collaboration with our creative team.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.
• Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all marketing channels.
• Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure efficient ad spend and maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, preferably within e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools.
• Demonstrated success in scaling ad accounts and hitting ROAS targets.
• Experience with performance marketing and data-driven optimization.
