Jawatan Kosong Barista & Crew - Full Time in Kota Kinabalu

We are seeking an enthusiastic Barista & Service Crew to join our team at Yang Yang Kopi in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Barista & Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our bustling cafe.

To ensure beverage that we served is up to cafe's Standard. Design beverage menu and special beverage promo for certain occasions and season.

• Interact with the guests to know the guest’s preference of coffee.
• Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Ensure that all drinks and products are consistently prepared and served according to cafe's SOP recipes, portioning and presentation methods.
• Ensure all guests feel welcome, and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Responsible for POS cashier and key in items required.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
