Duties & Responsibilities:

• To assist in establish and / or maintain the project Variations and / or Changes control process and procedures to ensure compliance with the contract requirement.
• To assist in draft and / or respond to all contractual letters and key project correspondence received
• To prepare, compile and respond to all contractual letters including claim notifications to protect the contractual and commercial position of the project
• To assist and follow up with our appointed Claims Consultant for the advice and / or respond relating to Contractual letter writing strategies to protect the interests on the projects.
• To liaise and interface with all level of representatives of the Main Contactor, Employers, Sub-contractor to clarify and resolve issue arising on Claims and / or Contractual matters
• To attend any project meetings as instructed
• To assist in Contracts Management, Construction Claims and dispute resolution.
• To attend any duties as assigned by the Superior and / or The Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work 6 days - (Saturday - Thursday) at Gua Musang, Kelantan

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
