Role Purpose

To enhance customer health outcomes and support outlet performance through personalized nutrition care, effective customer engagement, and collaboration with the healthcare team， contributing to Alpro’s mission in preventive and primary healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized nutritional care through assessments, counselling, and follow-up, including lifestyle modification, disease management, preventive healthcare, and evidence-based dietary or supplementation recommendations.
• Deliver health education and training for colleagues, partners, and the public to strengthen professional and community health knowledge.
• Participate in innovative healthcare programs such as LowCarb37, Transform-U Weight Loss Program, SugO365 Diabetes Care, and CGM Integration, driving real-world impact beyond retail.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives that support nutritional innovation and community health outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists, doctors, physiotherapists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Work with the Branch Manager and outlet team to achieve organizational goals, KPIs, and service excellence.
• Manage stock inventory, product knowledge, and operational systems to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in internal and external training, community engagement, and health promotion activities as part of professional growth and CSR efforts.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior, including involvement in new events, initiatives, or projects in line with the company’s direction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience in customer engagement, retail, or health counselling is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Strong passion for healthcare and community well-being.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, self-initiated, and proactive in learning.
• Able to translate scientific nutrition knowledge into practical, real-life applications for customers.
