Jawatan Kosong Housekeeping Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur

Scope of Duties

• Supervise housekeeping employees, plan and assign work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspect housekeeping personal work assignments and requisition supplies.
• Reports to Executive Housekeeper
• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
• Ensure that rooms are made as per company standards.
• Maintenance of par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
• Prepare reports for management information.
• Attending and resolving guest complaints immediately.
• Organise on-the-job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Work and liaise closely with Engineering and/or contractors on property defects and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 Years (s) of working experience in the related field of which at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Property Management System.
• Candidate must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to give clear, concise instructions.
• Well-developed leadership skills, proactive work style, team worker and able to work under pressure.
• Positive work attitude, strong discipline, responsible.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,360.00 per month
