Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor at Airbnb is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team or function they manage, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery to both hosts and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of operations associates or support staff.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.

Guest and Host Support

• Oversee resolution of escalated guest and host concerns, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are met by team members, with a focus on exceeding guest and host expectations.

Team Supervision & Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeepers or cleaning staff.
• Train new staff on cleanliness standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments in line with check-in/check-out schedules.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or operations management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in team leadership, training, and performance management.
• Previous experience in a vacation rental, hotel, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Workplace at Timurbay, Kuantan.
• Willing to work on Weekends, Overtime and during Public Holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
