Jawatan Kosong Accountant Executive in Melaka

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for someone with at least 2 years of accounting experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be supporting the accounting department with daily operations, assisting with reporting, and helping to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
• Monitor daily cash flow and update records accordingly
• Performing the company’s financial audits
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records
• Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
• Creating financial reports based on data analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting (experience with full set accounts preferred)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (AutoCount is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Age: 23 – 33 years old

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
