Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise front and kitchen teams to maintain high service and food quality standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs.
Conduct daily stock checks and verify deliveries from suppliers.
Prepare sales reports, petty cash claims, and assist with staff scheduling.
Train and motivate staff to achieve outlet targets.
Communicate operational needs with HQ and ensure company policies are followed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of F&B supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude and passion for healthy food.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
