Jawatan Kosong Operations Manager in Kota Kinabalu

We are looking for a proactive leader with excellent problem-solving skills, able to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the company’s growth.

Minimum 5 years of working experience and proven experience as Operations Manager or similar role

Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management

Experience in budgeting and forecasting

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Excellent communication skills

Leadership ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Good command in other language would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee and coordinate overall business operations and sales.

· Manage productivity, quality control, efficiency, and safety.

· Lead and supervise teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.

· Improve operating procedures, systems, and reporting.

· Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal controls.
