Diskripsi Tugas

Menjalankan kerja-kerja pengkeranian dan aktiviti operasi harian bagi membantu melancarkan urusan pentadbiran PUSPAKOM.

Skop Kerja

1) Menerima dan memproses pembayaran untuk pemeriksaan kenderaan.

2) Merekod butir butir kenderaan dalam sistem sebelum pemeriksaan dijalankan.

3) Menyerahkan laporan pemeriksaan kepada pelanggan di kaunter serahan.

4) Mengendalikan serta merekod kutipan harian.

5) Mengatur, menyusun, mengemaskini fail mengikut piawaian 5S.

6) Memastikan sistem CAVIS berfungsi dengan baik dan diselenggara mengikut jadual.

7) Memastikan sistem CAVIS dibuka dan ditutup sebelum dan selepas operasi dijalankan.

8) Melaksanakan lain-lain tugas seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari masa ke semasa.

Kelayakan

1) Minimum SPM/Diploma atau;

2) Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang pentadbiran dan pengkeranian

3) Mahir menggunakan sistem CAVIS

4) Boleh bekerja lebih masa

5) Boleh bekerja diluar kawasan

6) Seorang yang berdisiplin, berdedikasi, tekun dan amanah

7) Keutamaan kepada calon Lelaki sahaja
