Jawatan Kosong Batching Plant Supervisor based in Kijal, Terengganu in Kijal

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the concrete mixing plant, ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of all equipment.
• Monitor the production process and adjust parameters as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, assist with maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate a wheel loader to load and unload raw materials, transport materials, and maintain site cleanliness.
• Monitor raw material inventory to ensure adequate supply for production while meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate with mixing plant customers to confirm production requirements and distribution plans.
• Promptly address customer feedback, coordinating and resolving issues related to production and distribution.
• Carry out the production, curing, and inspection of concrete test blocks in accordance with established standards.
• Accurately record experimental data, collaborate with the laboratory for quality testing, and assist in organizing and reporting test results.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Qualifications:

• SPM / diploma or higher, preferably in mechanical engineering, building materials, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in batching plant operations and wheel loader handling, with a solid understanding of concrete production processes.
• Experience in manufacturing and submitting concrete test blocks, with familiarity with the CIDB inspection process will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in basic office software such as Excel and Word for data entry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to efficiently coordinate customer requirements and production schedules.
• Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
