Jawatan Kosong FACILITIES EXECUTIVE in Miri

1. To ensure the organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees, students and their activities which include scope such as building and ground maintenance, space management, landscaping, transportation, cleaning contracts, security and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance.

2. To do planning, managing project and supervising and coordinating work of contractors.

3. To plan future development in line with strategic business objectives

4. To plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current building/building maintenance.

5. To ensure the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.

6. Sourcing contractors for building refurbishments and ensuring work is completed to standard and within the budget.

7. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.

8. To prepare and submit annual budgets as part of development plan.

9. To monitor and evaluate subordinate performance based on agreed work by using performance management techniques.

10. To perform any other reasonable duties that assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,080.00 per month
