Lokasi : Semenyih

Tanggungjawab:

• Menghubungi pelanggan untuk mengingatkan tentang pembayaran bagi akaun yang telah lewat;
• Berunding dan bekerjasama dengan pelanggan untuk membuat pengaturan pembayaran yang praktikal;
• Melakukan panggilan susulan secara berkesan pada tarikh yang dijanjikan untuk pengesahan pembayaran;
• Bekerjasama dalam pasukan atau secara individu untuk mencapai sasaran kutipan.

Kelayakan:

• Minimum SPM atau setaraf;
• Tidak memerlukan pengalaman; lepasan SPM digalakkan untuk memohon;
• Latihan akan disediakan;
• Kebolehan bertutur dalam Bahasa Melayu adalah syarat wajib;
• Berkebolehan menggunakan komputer.

Gaji:
