F&B Assistant Manager (Local Food Restaurant)

We are a growing local food restaurant looking for a reliable and hands-on F&B Assistant Manager to join our team. If you love Malaysian food, enjoy working with people, and can handle a fast-paced environment, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Supervise and guide service staff during busy hours
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and discipline
• Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage
• Support sales targets and daily reporting

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in F&B (restaurant experience preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Friendly, responsible, and good team player
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
