Job Description:

• Generate and issue invoices to customers.
• Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and customer transactions.

Requirements:

• Min. Certificate or Diploma in in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in account receivables or similar.
• Good knowledge in accounting principles, and accounts receivable processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
