Jawatan Kosong TELLER in Genting Highlands

Key Responsibilities:

1. Currency Exchange Transactions

• Facilitate the exchange of foreign and local currencies at competitive rates.
• Verify the authenticity and condition of all currency notes.
• Process foreign currency orders and handle inquiries related to exchange rates.

2. Cash Handling and Management

• Accurately handle and count cash for each transaction.
• Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, following security protocols.

3. Customer Service

• Greet customers and address inquiries professionally.
• Explain currency exchange rates, fees, and processes.
• Assist customers in resolving issues related to transactions and payments.

4. Compliance and Security

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
• Adhere to company policies regarding the safe handling of cash and currency.
• Report suspicious activities as per legal and organizational guidelines.

5. Administrative Tasks

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Update and display current exchange rates as provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
