Job Description

• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Develop product strategies based on market research and trends.
• Product Innovation and Development: Lead product development from concept to launch.
• Sourcing and Cost Management: Establish supplier relationships and optimize production costs.
• Brand Direction and Positioning: Maintain brand identity and develop recognition strategies.
• Packaging Design and Development: Oversee sustainable and appealing packaging designs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams for seamless product development.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor product performance and implement improvements.
• Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Stock Forecasting and Inventory Management: Develop stock forecasts and maintain inventory levels.
• Marketing Collaboration: Align with marketing on branding and product promotion.

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
