Job Description:

Payroll

• Responsible for non-executive, CCMPGW, MKLK & SAW's payroll is done correctly. This includes figuring out how much should be paid, making sure the right taxes are taken out, keeping good records, resolving any issues and being careful with employee's private information.
• Responsible to ensure payment to statutory bodies are done accordingly.
• Reports and analysis is done accordingly.

Recruitment

• Responsible on updating new joiners profile and update any relevant changes of reporting in Sandfil system.
• To assist employee recruitment process.
• To assist on implementing on-boarding plans for new employees and practical trainees.
• Update HR CCMC SAO, PGW and other involved parties about recruitment progress once every 2 weeks if in critical situation or once a month if in non-critical situation.
• Assist end to end on-boarding for new employee to ensure successful assimilation into organization.

Insurance

• Responsible to update insurance coverage for new joiners, promotion, re-designation and resignation.

Training

• To assist on planned training which includes arrangement of venues, send out invitation and reminders and arrange of accommodation for participants.

HR Matters

• To assist engagement programs.
• Responsible to complete minutes of meeting and agenda and compiling HR/Admin monthly report.
• Liaise with Government Authorities on matters related to Human Resource.
• Assist Senior Executive Human Resource and Human Resource Manager to execute latest directive on Human Resource matters.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related course.
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in Payroll & Human Resource Management
• Provide the information people need to know to do their jobs and to feel about being a member of the team, unit and or the organization.
• Attributes such as high energy levels, communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
