As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategies and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Develop and execute a strong brand identity that aligns with TudungPeople’s values and

appeals to the modest fashion market.

- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor

strategies

2. Digital & Brick and Mortar Marketing

- Lead omnichannel marketing efforts, including website, pop-up, physical store, TikTok, to

increase engagement and sales.

3. E-commerce & Performance Marketing

- Work closely with the sales & e-commerce team to ensure marketing campaigns drive

revenue growth, optimize website traffic and conversion rates through SEO, paid ads

(Facebook/Google Ads), and email marketing.

4. Campaign & Event Management

- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and collaborations (e.g., Raya

collections, influencer partnerships).

- Manage offline marketing efforts (pop-up events, bazaars)

5. Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a small marketing team

- Collaborate with social media, branding team, and external vendors to ensure brand

consistency.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: CEO & General Manager

Collaborates With:

Social Media (to align promotions with inventory and sales targets).

Branding (for campaign visuals and product launches).

E-commerce Team (to optimize website performance).

Job Requirements

1. Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years in marketing, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or modest wear

brands.

- Proven track record in growing a brand’s online presence and sales.

- Experience with Shopify/e-commerce platforms.

2. Personality & Culture Fit:

- Passionate about modest fashion and understanding the target audience (Malaysian & global Muslim women).

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Collaborative and supportive work culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
