Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, train, and supervise the detergent operations, sales, and marketing team.
• Develop departmental strategies, KPIs, and align with company objectives.

Operations & Production

• Oversee daily detergent production processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage raw material procurement, usage, and safe storage.
• Ensure SOPs for mixing, blending, and packaging are followed.

Formula Development & Innovation

• Write, develop, and maintain detergent formulas for dishwasher applications.
• Supervise accurate mixing of raw materials to maintain product quality.
• Conduct R&D for eco-friendly and innovative detergent formulations.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase detergent sales.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

Marketing & Branding

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to build detergent brand awareness.
• Develop brochures, videos, and presentations for product promotion.
• Represent the company in trade shows and exhibitions.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms.
• Create engaging content and run SEO, SEM, EDM campaigns.
• Track analytics and optimize digital marketing performance.

Customer Experience & After-Sales

• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Implement loyalty and referral programs.
• Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare reports on production, sales, marketing, and formula updates.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources.
• Present performance updates to senior management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in detergent/chemical manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in detergent formulation and raw material mixing.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Skilled in social media and digital marketing for chemical/FMCG products.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English
