We are looking for Oracle Performance Expert - [Technical Ecosystem Solutions]

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in infrastructure projects and collaborate with stakeholders to define target Oracle architectures, considering:
• Storage performance constraints.
• Backup and restore strategies.
• Regulatory and disaster recovery requirements.
• Support performance testing activities during projects.
• Analyze production database activity and provide recommendations at application and infrastructure levels.
• Monitor databases and identify optimizations for short, medium, and long-term improvements.
• Work with application and infrastructure teams to implement optimization recommendations.
• Provide Oracle database expertise and support during the implementation of applicative or infrastructure optimizations.

Academic Requirements & Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years relevant years of experience.
• Oracle 19c with Active Data Guard / Oracle Enterprise Manager (v11 & v12 remnants). Oracle Streams (legacy, currently being replaced by Attunity).
• SPARC + Solaris 11 (existing base).
• IBM Power 10 + AIX 7.2/7.3 (target base for Oracle). x86 + Red Hat Linux + PostgreSQL.
• Attunity (Full Mode + CDC).
• Application Servers: IBM WebSphere / JBoss. Job Schedulers: VTOM and TWS.
• Elastic Search & Kibana.

Languages English (professional proficiency required).

Required Soft Skills

• Strong listening and advisory skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
