Jawatan Kosong Staff Specialist Security Management in Melaka Conducting routine security risk assessment, analyzing any physical security threats and develop effective mitigation strategy to ensure the business continuity of the organization while protecting organization assets and personnel.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Develop and implement security strategies to manage and mitigate any physical security vulnerabilities and ensuring the strategies are on compliance of relevant local laws and regulations.
• Develop, review and implement security policies and procedures that are in compliance of relevant local laws and organization security standards.
• Close collaboration with other departments within the organization to assess on any security risk, provide tailored effective solutions aligned with different department needs in mitigating the security risk.
• Assist in responding to security incidents, manage crisis situations as and when is needed.
• Providing security for high-profile individuals, including travel security as and when is needed.
Stay updated with local, state and federal security regulation to ensure all security strategies are in compliance to all regulations.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Experienced, skilled or tertiary education with good attitude.
• Security or other related working experience.
• Good problem solving ability.
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
• Good knowledge of security and IT systems.
Demonstrate good leadership skills.
