Jawatan Kosong Assistant Officer Invoicing - Tebrau Ref: AV in Johor Bahru
  • Preparing document for delivery good to customer.
  • Issue packing list and warehouse team will start packing activity.
  • Generate invoice by referring packing list after pack.
  • Arrange shipment based on customer requirement.
  • To ensure all the good are safely arrive at the destination by informing them through email or they will get notification especiallyby courier.
  • Avoid any mistake during prepare the document for customer.
  • Acknowledge for every shipment are good condition before sending or allocation the quantity before generate the invoice.
  • Apply FORMs that required by customer to waive their tax during release cargo at port (destination).
  • Ensure the document are accurate and tally with goods.
  • To introduce only environmental friendly material to managerial level.
  • To use only authorized direct/indirect material for environmental conformance material label.
  • To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
  • Perform any other related tasks/functions as and when required by the Company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • invoicing: 1 year (Preferred)
