Jawatan Kosong WAREHOUSE MANAGER in Melaka

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits.
• Identify and address stock discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Implement efficient layout and storage strategies to maximize space.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Promote teamwork and a safety-first culture.
• Labor efficiency and overtime control

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in safe condition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–7 years of warehouse or logistics management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and logistics best practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification (advantageous).
