Role Adventures:

Perform face-to-face presentations for the clients.

Persuade and inspire individuals to support clients through donations.

Maintain a positive and professional image while representing clients.

Meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Attending training sessions and team meetings.

This role is 100% field based.

Must Have Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in at least two of the following languages: Bahasa, Tamil, Chinese, or English.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Flexible and willing to work in various locations.

Physically fit to be able to fulfill the demands of field-based work.
