Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson/Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a proven track record in sales and marketing. This role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our farm tractors.
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of farm machinery and agricultural practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
