Jawatan Kosong Administrative Executive in Subang Jaya

Job responsibilities:

• To manage the administrative functions including deliveries, inventory control, payment to suppliers and contractors, maintain and upkeep while liaise with outlet manager on business licensing , other filing systems and generating of related documents.
• Responsible for assisting in purchasing functions.
• Coordinate outlet new opening, maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
• Preparation of quotation and ensure that submission will be on a timely basis.
• Organizing, coordinating, producing and maintaining the correspondence, reports and independently and to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Responsible for all correspondences eg. e-mails, letters and and ensure that all are professionally prepared and systematically file /maintain in timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Able to speak and write in Mandarin (required to liaise with HQ in China), English and Malay preferred.
• Minimum at least Diploma in and field.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in administrative work, from F&B industry added advantage
• Computer literate with MS Excel and MS Words
• Good communication skills
• Well organize and timely management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
