Jawatan Kosong A0-A4 Technician Setia City Mall in Shah Alam A0-A4 Technician (Setia City Mall) If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you. A0-A4 Technician is responsible to conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E systems and building defects such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc. Your role includes but not limited to:

• Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
• Organising and liaising with contractors with repair and maintenance works.
• Ensuring customer and retailer safety.

• Acting as a frontline contact point for retailer queries and complaints.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Ensuring the Centre’s daily cleanliness, appearance and safety.

• Assisting with emergency procedures as required.

Requirement

• Certificate of competency (A0-A4) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shopping mall management or relevant industry experience
• Trade background essential (plumbing or electrical preferred)
• PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations and etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building
