Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor Estimator in Kota Bharu

1. Pengurusan Kos & Anggaran

• Membantu menyediakan anggaran kos projek (Bill of Quantities, BOQ).
• Menyemak sebut harga, tender, dan dokumen kontrak.
• Membantu dalam penyediaan kos perbandingan dan analisis bajet projek.

2. Dokumen Kontrak & Tender

• Menyediakan dokumen sokongan tender seperti Borang Tender, Specification & Drawing Register.
• Menyokong penyediaan kontrak kerja dan dokumen subkontraktor.
• Membantu dalam proses pra- & pasca-tender.

3. Kawalan Kewangan Projek

• Membantu dalam penilaian tuntutan bayaran kontraktor / subkontraktor.
• Membuat rekod kos projek dan memantau bajet vs perbelanjaan sebenar.
• Membantu menyediakan laporan kewangan projek secara berkala.

4. Tapak & Penyelarasan Projek

• Membantu melakukan lawatan tapak untuk pengukuran kerja sebenar (site measurement).
• Menyediakan laporan kemajuan kerja dari sudut kewangan.
• Menyokong pasukan projek dalam penyelarasan antara kontraktor & perunding.

5. Tuntutan & Variasi

• Membantu dalam penyediaan Variation Order (VO).
• Membantu menyediakan dokumen Final Account projek.
• Menyokong pengurusan tuntutan projek (claims, EOT, dsb.).

6. Lain-lain Tugas

• Menyediakan laporan ringkas & pembentangan berkaitan QS.
• Membantu penyelia/mentor dalam tugasan QS lain mengikut keperluan projek.
• Mengikuti modul latihan PROTÉGÉ & melaporkan perkembangan pembelajaran

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
