Retail Industry: Position Trainee & Supervisor.

Location: Kuching.

Job Descriptions:

Assist Promoter.

Assist to Manage the Daily Store Operations.

Provide simple guideline to promoter in store outlook maintenance.

Able to identify promoter's sales strength & weaknesses.

Assist to adjust and improve promoters in sales presentations.

Able to show inside stock simple management ability.

Assist Executive.

Assist to overview promoter's sales movement.

Assist to gather and read simple sale data to create sales market demand.

Assist to present simple gather sales and minor operation in details.

Assist in present of outlook display movement in creating sales opportunity.

General Assistant.

Must be able to received and accept reasonable command from Executive and Store Manager in work related issues.

Job Requirements

Mid Management Leadership Skills.

Adaptation of middle and upper communication Skills.

Able to work as a promoter team leader and subordinate to an executive and store manager.

Eager to create to lead small group team and received and understanding command from executive.

Shift Working Environments.

Salary Range RM1,900.00 to RM2,300.00 excluding commission and yearend bonus.
