We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of leaders and operators in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have previous experience in injection Moulding, or assembly, and possess strong multitasking and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or any related field.
• Experience in injection Moulding or assembly operations is highly advantageous.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Rotational shift schedule.
• Able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of leaders and operators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Set up production lines, identify and inspect line issues, and implement necessary corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Monitor and execute the daily 5S plan on the production floor, promoting a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Ensure the availability of sufficient materials to support production for the following shifts, coordinating with the relevant departments to maintain a smooth flow of materials.
• Monitor and analyze production data, such as productivity, yield, and quality metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the team.
