Jawatan Kosong Branch Supervisor : Penampang in Penampang

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of work experience

• Preferably in logistics

• Good communication and leadership skills

• 6 working days

Responsibility

• Manage the parcel and cash processing, disbursement and day-to-day routing.

• Manage transportation / distribution routes of branches and solve problems during transportation for maximum efficiency.

• Manage communication with customers and related people in all communication channels.

• Responsible for ensuring customer information is accurate.

• Check the records and reports of the day / week / month to ensure the delivery time is met.

• Analyze the problem and performance and to propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Responsible for the daily earnings summary report and examining the financial system within the branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.

• Supervise employees in terms of scheduling, provide adequate support for the resources used in the work so that employees can work efficiently.

• Manage and train subordinates to ensure efficient operation and availability for migration in the future.

• Perform work and other projects as assigned by manager.
