Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant Marketing in Subang Jaya

What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Coordinate closely with Key Account Managers and Executives to achieve sales objectives.
• Support and manage existing customer accounts to maintain long-term relationships.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

Reporting & Business Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
• Prepare and deliver customer account reports, business proposals, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and process efficiency.
• Manage change requests and ensure consistency and accuracy of all account deliverables.

Operational Coordination

• Provide daily operational support to customers and the Key Account team.
• Assist with documentation, tracking, and coordination of ongoing business activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fast learner, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
