SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee interior renovation projects. The role requires coordination of on-site activities to ensure works are carried out according to plans, within the given timeframe and budget, and in line with company standards.

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise daily renovation works on-site to ensure they follow design plans and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ schedules and monitor their attendance and performance.
• Troubleshoot technical or site issues and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Ensure safety and health regulations are followed on-site.
• Perform quality checks and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Manage delivery and inspection of materials on-site.
• Communicate with the design team and office for any technical clarifications or updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduates from recognized vocational or skills-based institutions (Kolej Kemahiran, Kolej Vokasional, TVET and many more) are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of on-site experience (fresh grads will be considered).
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is a plus.
• Ability to identify & utilize the different skills & talents of worker.
• Excellent negotiating & interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
