Role Overview: As a Project Executive in our building materials division, you will play a key role in managing projects that involve our products and services. You will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery while upholding our standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and provide solutions using our building materials
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of materials
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of building materials and construction processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
