Jawatan Kosong Finance Executive in Klang

Job Summary:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working with various departments.
• Prepare budget reports and monitor budget adherence.
• Update financial forecasts based on actual performance and changing business conditions.

• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.

• Accounts Management:
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.

• Internal Controls and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role.
