Position: Sales & Marketing Officer
Location: Menara Summit, USJ (Main Office)
(Optional workspace: SetiaWalk Puchong or Bangsar South branch – upon request)
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Office)
Friday–Saturday: Work from Anywhere (Hybrid Flex)

As the Sales & Marketing Officer, you’ll be at the heart of Skytravel2u’s growth — converting travel leads into bookings, managing our brand presence online, and working hand-in-hand with our part-time Ads Manager to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media — follow up, build rapport, and convert into confirmed bookings.
• Manage all official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) — daily updates, story posting, and message replies.
• Coordinate with the Ads Manager to align ad campaigns, landing pages, and content.
• Prepare creative copywriting for social media captions, posters, and travel promotions.
• Track campaign performance and report weekly lead conversion data to management.
• Coordinate with the Tour Operations team to ensure accuracy of trip details, dates, and prices.
• Assist in building Skytravel2u’s brand identity through consistent communication and community engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Tourism, or Business-related field.
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (travel industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Malay.
• Proactive, social-media savvy, and result-driven personality.
• Basic Canva / design & caption writing skills are an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: RM3,500/month (EPF + SOCSO + EIS)
• Performance Bonus / Profit Share: 3–5% per successful project
• Hybrid Flexibility: Work-from-anywhere on Fridays & Saturdays
• Career Growth: Clear promotion path to Senior Officer / Manager level after 6 months based on performance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
