Jawatan Kosong Project Coordinator in Batu Pahat

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural project activities across various stages—concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
• Assist senior architects and project managers in preparing project schedules, design presentations, and documentation.
• Manage communication and documentation between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of technical drawings, plans, and reports.
• Maintain project files, records, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams during construction phases for design clarification.
• Track design changes, RFIs, and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural project coordination or related role.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of construction processes and documentation standards.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
