Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist with experience in the Wellness, Health & Beauty Industry. This role focuses on B2B sales, targeting pharmacies, brand owners, hospitals, MLMs, and more. The ideal candidate will also be adept at managing social media, generating engaging content, and using basic design and video editing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
l Drive B2B sales and OEM opportunities within the Wellness, Health & Beauty industry.
l Identify and engage with potential clients including pharmacies, brand owners, hospitals, and MLM companies.
l Conduct cold calls to generate leads and establish new business relationships.
l Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
l Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing:
l Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
l Create engaging content for social media, including live video sessions and face-to-camera presentations.
l Use simple design and video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc., to produce high-quality marketing materials.
l Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney to enhance content creation and marketing strategies.
l Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
l Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
l Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Wellness, Health & Beauty industry.
l Strong understanding of B2B sales and OEM processes.
l Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
l Excellent communication and presentation skills.
l Proficiency in basic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
l Comfortable with cold calling and live presentations.
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
