Position: Head Pizzaiolo Chef

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Pizzaiolo Chef to lead our new Pizza kitchen team and uphold our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of pizza preparation and cooking.
• Develop and refine pizza recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage pizza section operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with highest food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with management to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and courteous service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Head Chef in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of pizza making techniques, dough preparation, and wood-fired ovens.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality and innovation.
• Relevant culinary education or certification is a plus.
