Sales Executive: Grocery & Food Distribution (Johor & Singapore)

We are looking for a versatile, "street-smart" Sales Executive to penetrate multiple high-growth channels across the Johor-Singapore corridor. We don’t just sell to supermarkets—we aim to be everywhere food is consumed or traded.

If you have the grit to talk to ship chandlers at the port one morning and pantry managers at a corporate HQ the next, this role is for you.

Expanded Sales Channels

Your mission is to drive volume across a diverse landscape:

• Retail & Modern Trade: Supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience store chains.
• Food Service (HORECA): Supplying hotels, restaurants, and central kitchens.
• Ship Chandlers: Tapping into the maritime industry at the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Pasir Gudang, and Jurong Port.
• Corporate Pantry: Providing snacks, beverages, and staples to offices and co-working spaces.
• Wholesale & Sub-Distributors: Managing bulk sales to regional wholesalers who further penetrate the "mom-and-pop" shops.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Diversification: Identify and open accounts in at least three of the sectors mentioned above.
• Bulk Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing for large-scale supply contracts (e.g., annual pantry supplies or maritime provisioning).
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our operations team to ensure timely cross-border delivery for time-sensitive clients (like ship chandlers).
• Market Mapping: Understand the different pricing structures required for a sub-distributor versus a premium restaurant.
