Job Description & Job Details
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM250 – RM400
Location: No. 5A, Tingkat 1, Plaza Seri 1, Jalan Seri Tunku 1, Kampung Tok Jalai, 06000 Jitra, Kedah

1) Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects
2) Support sourcing efforts by obtaining quotations from suppliers and contractors
3) Help measure and take off quantities from construction drawings and site visits
4) Assist in the preparation of progress claims, tender documentation, and contracts
5) Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure cost accuracy and project alignment

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (students in final year are encouraged to apply)
2) Basic understanding of cost estimation and construction drawings
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
4) Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment
5) Good communication skills and a willingness to take initiative
