Why does this job exist and why is it critical? Ranging and Sourcing

• Responsible to own and manage the ranging and sourcing strategy of broadband devices for Fibre & FWA business.
• Required to research and stay update with the latest devices being used globally and by competitors in the region and locally.
• Responsible for managing the RFI/RFP processes, preparing tender related business documents for broadband devices together with Maxis Procurement, Network, Technology & other cross functional teams.
• Responsible for ensuring all devices that are ranged in are tested & approved
• Own and manage the PNL of the broadband devices.

Supply Chain Planning

• Responsible for planning and managing the supply chain of broadband devices for the Fibre & FWA business.
• To work closely with Device Logistics team to plan PO placement for devices based on delivery timelines
• Responsible to that the business always has enough devices in stock to meet the ongoing business needs and demands.

Broadband Device Management

• Assist customer service teams with queries related to broadband devices by working together with OEM vendor and internal Network team.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of broadband devices deployed across the multiple channels
• Analyze data on device performance, failures, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
