Jawatan Kosong Event Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur

JOB DESCRIPTION

Event Planning:

• Maintain detailed records of event planning and execution and understand the event’s purpose and objectives to plan accordingly.

• Create detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules with the team.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.

• Prepare marketing materials, door gifts, scheduling for the event.

• Oversee the transportation of equipment, materials, and attendees.

• Handling event registrations

• Gathering feedback from attendees, and identifying areas for improvement for future events.

Vendor and Sponsor Coordination:

• Identify and hire vendors such as caterers, decorators, audio-visual technicians, and entertainment providers.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Coordinate with vendors on event day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Flight and accommodation booking for principals who pays visit for event purposes.

• Provide regular updates on event progress and address any concerns.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.

• Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets event objectives.
