Job Description:

• To be responsible for evaluating suppliers, product and services, negotiating contract and ensuring that approved purchases requisition are cost effect and high quality.
• Prepare Letter of Award (LOA) to contractor or suppliers after both parties mutually agreed with cost and terms required.
• Conduct stock takes twice a month and identify purchasing needs for PSK/PSH/CIMB/TM operations;
• Process and arrange for parts/service from team and get 1st level verification from Facility Manager for purchasing more than RM500.00 and submit to Regional Office for approval;
• Process and arrange for parts/service from team and get approval from Facility Manager for purchasing less than RM500.00;
• Liaise / negotiate with supplier for quotation, pricing, delivery schedule and all purchase order related to PSK/PSH/CIMB/TM contract;
• Prepare monthly reports on purchases, including cost analyses for all breakdown/small repair below capping (RM1,000.00) and submit to Regional Office;
• Prepare quotation as require;
• Create and maintain good relationship vendors/suppliers;
• Work with team members to complete duties as require;
• Need to visit the site for audit or when required.
• Perform other duties that maybe requires from time to time.

Qualification:

• ​​Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
• Candidate with a Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Quantity Surveying is an advantage
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience; experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
• Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and able to work independently
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
