Keterangan Tugas :
Bertanggungjawab untuk menghubungi pelanggan dan memungut hutang/ memberi peringatan pembayaran/ peringatan untuk bayaran tertunggak.
Untuk mencapai sasaran individu dan kumpulan bagi membolehkan mencapai Skim Insentif
Memberi /Berbincang dengan pelanggan cara pembayaran.
Memastikan setiap akaun membuat pembayaran secara berjadual dan memberi peringatan berjadual.
Kelayakan:
Calon mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya SIJIL SPM
Celik komputer
Menguasai dengan baik pertuturan Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Inggeris
Berpemikiran postitif dan dapat bekerja di dalam tekanan munasabah.
Mempunyai pengalaman di bahagian Khidmat Pelanggan , Bank dan industri berkaitan adalah menjadi kelebihan.
