Position Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations involving activities of Warehousing, Storage Management and Distribution. We are currently seeking for Warehouse Assistant to be part of our Warehouse/Logistic Team, to be based at our CKE Holdings Warehouse (Chan Sow Lin).

Responsibilities:

• Handle receiving, checking, storing, distributing, and recording warehouse materials, stocks, and goods.
• Perform daily operations such as picking, receiving/packing of stocks and loading/unloading activities.
• Handle and record all incoming and outgoing stocks and goods movements, to ensure proper and accurate stock levels at all times.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing warehouse materials, stock and products are accurate, and consistent with the inventory system, to avoid any possible variance.
• Ensure accuracy of the receiving and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and good housekeeping practices in the warehouse.
• Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work at CKE Holdings Warehouse, Jalan Chan Sow Lin (Kuala Lumpur).
• Possess a Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
• Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in Warehousing, Storage Management and Distribution.
• Well-versed in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Multitasking and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely.
• Experience in driving a forklift will be an added advantage.
• Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience.
• 1 Full-time position available.

Working Schedule:

• 5-Days Working per Week (Monday ~ Friday).
• Normal Working Hours (9.00 am ~ 6.00 pm with 1-hour Rest/ Breaktime).
• Off Day – Saturday, Rest Day – Sunday.
